This site is hosted by Netlify: Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA.
Netlify processes the data as a processor under a data processing agreement that forms part of the Netlify terms of service.
Transfers to the United States are covered by Netlify, Inc. being certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, supported by the European Commission standard contractual clauses.
When the site is opened, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the address requested, and browser and operating system details.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure and stable operation, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Netlify does not publish a fixed retention period and deletes data once the applicable retention requirement ends. No Netlify analytics features are enabled on this site.
No cookies, no analytics
This site sets no cookies, embeds no analytics or tracking services and builds no profiles.
The fonts are served from this server. No Google Fonts or comparable third-party services are loaded.
Contact by email
Anyone writing by email transmits their address and the content of the message. That data is used only to answer the enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed.
External links
The links to GitHub and LinkedIn lead to third-party services with their own privacy policies. They are only contacted once a link is clicked.
Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection.
